Serious Art for Creative Kids
We teach the fundamentals of fine art without the cookie-cutter crafts. At Atelier & Art Lessons, we guide students of all levels through deep, immersive visual training. Your child will not just make projects—they will learn to think, problem-solve, and see the world like a true artist.
Our Approach
Art fundamentals: color theory- iterative experimentation and mixing to evoke emotion, perspective and composition- balancing flat 2D shapes with 3D space, brush control- using physical pressure to shape light and form.
Medium Mastery: Comprehensive hands-on practice with acrylics, graphite, watercolor, and design tools.
Contextual Learning: Lessons integrated with Art History, masterpiece studies, and contemporary art movements.
Creative Freedom: Students apply foundational techniques to subject matters they choose themselves.
Class Formats
Weekly Group Art Lessons: Fun, creative classes for ages 5 through Adult.

My daughters take art pretty seriously and really enjoyed the small, quiet environment that A&A provided them. I was the winner of a 4-week session at the Atelier in a school raffle and used it for my 6 years old daugther. She loved the experience at the Atelier every week. The staff was very nice and welcoming to her. She had a lot of fun doing the art project and playing in the play area afterwards as well. The space was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped for the art lessons and after-school activities that it offers.
